Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced for an Austin, TX site. The role offers fixed shifts with an option to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $23.80 per hour, with a 6-month anchor shift and opportunities to build toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours weekly. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain visitor/incident records.
• Communicate security-related information to site personnel and leadership.
