Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with a base fixed shift and opportunities to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

You will provide customer service to guests and team members, conduct routine patrols of hotel public areas and entrances, monitor access points, and prepare concise incident reports while upholding site procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing and driver's license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members while following site procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel public areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with security procedures as required.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to relevant personnel.
