Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.

• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, team members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Help deter unauthorized activity, theft-related concerns, and policy violations through visible presence and reporting.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and suspicious activity to site contacts.
