Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Badge Administration in Pittston, PA. The role offers fixed shifts with a six-month commitment and the option to pick up more shifts via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

Responsibilities include delivering customer service to staff and visitors, managing access control and badges, and responding to incidents with calm, effective action. A valid license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to associates, visitors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorization at the site.
• Observe activity and report unusual conditions to leadership and supervision.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established communication and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters; adapt to site conditions.
