Allied Universal Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Perimeter Patrol Driver in La Porte, TX offers flexible, reliable hours with the option to pick up extra shifts and grow toward a full‑time schedule.

You will provide customer service, conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeter, monitor access points, and report observations. A valid driver’s license and TSA TWIC are required; Guard Card preferred; background check and drug screen may apply.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and hazardous material concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access control points and report unusual activity or unsecured areas.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
