Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors according to policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and report suspicious activity to management.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs for incidents and patrols.
