Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex Corporate Building Patrol in New York, NY. This part-time position offers flexible hours with anchor shifts and optional extra shifts to increase earnings. The role focuses on customer service, safety procedures, and reporting for a commercial site.

Pay rate is $19.06 per hour. Schedule includes DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, with a six-month anchor commitment and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Subject to background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors while conducting security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Perform regular patrols of the property, including interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and access points.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership.
