Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site-specific policies and emergencies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions to appropriate contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Complete shift reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation; communicate findings to leadership.
