Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Monitor access points, verify visitor, contractor, and vendor authorization, and maintain records.
Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the property and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
