Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel.
• Help maintain orderly entry and exit of people and vehicles, including deliveries coordination.
• Respond to access‑control incidents, alarms, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to identify hazards or policy concerns.
