Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This position offers reliable, flexible hours with an anchor shift and the opportunity to pick up extra shifts across multiple sites to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $24.00 per hour. The role requires strong customer service, security experience, and the ability to work evenings with a fixed base schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license per Allied Universal policy requirements.
• At least two years of security-related experience.
• At least one year of armed security experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by enforcing site access procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points and verify authorized access; maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and notify site contacts or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe inbound/outbound shipping activity and report irregularities per site procedures.
