Job summary

Allied Universal in Bridgeport, AL is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Badge Issuance Driver to provide reliable access control, first‑line customer service, and professional support at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.

This role offers fixed shifts, opportunities to pick up extra shifts, and a starting pay rate of $19.57 per hour. Candidates must meet age, education, and background check requirements and be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license may be required by policy.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures and policies.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
Respond to access‑control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document activities.
