Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests with courtesy and urgency, greeting guests and assisting them.
• Process visitors and announce their presence to residents/owners/offices.
• Check identification and ensure proper authorization before access is granted.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports when emergencies arise.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Maintain familiarity with site-specific operations and post orders.
• Issue visitor passes and document visitor vehicles.
• Patrol assigned location/facility as needed.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism or theft.
