Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Patrol in Visalia, CA. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed anchor shift and the opportunity to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $21.54 per hour, and the position supports part-time schedules with the potential to move toward full-time. The role emphasizes customer service at a financial institution site, access control, incident response, and regular site patrols.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the site.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
