Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for the Mentor area. The role focuses on observing and reporting activities at a client site, ensuring the safety of client property and personnel, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents.

You will perform frequent patrols, possibly climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain, while providing courteous customer service to employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to complete patrols and meet physical requirements (lifting up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 25 lbs occasionally).
• Strong technology skills, including use of cell phone and computer.
• Pass required drug screen and background check.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards.
• No experience necessary; retail, food service, or hospitality background preferred.
