Grandlakecasino in Grove, Oklahoma is seeking a Security Officer responsible for ensuring the safety of all Casino assets, employees, and guests. The role involves patrolling the premises, reporting suspicious activities, and providing basic first aid and safety response.
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or G.E.D., security experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts is required as the work environment includes high levels of smoke, dust, and noise.
The Security Officer is responsible for the safety of all Casino assets, employees, and guests with focus on asset protection.
An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required to obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license and a state issued I.D. All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to beginning employment. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Position requires walking and standing for entire shifts. Ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 45 pounds.
Grand Lake Casino is a drug and alcohol-free workplace; Must be able to work in a casino environment which includes high levels of smoke, dust, noise, and bright flashing lights.
Position requires flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
