Job summary

Securitas Security is seeking a part-time Security Officer in De Pere, WI. You will perform access control at entrances and exits, patrol premises in all weather, and engage with clients and guests in a professional, service-oriented manner.

The role emphasizes alertness, teamwork, and reporting of issues, with growth opportunities through our regional support staff and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
