Responsibilities

• Perform patrol, security, emergency response and customer service duties at assigned location.
• Greet and log in visitors and vendors at entrance gate; notify appropriate personnel of arrival.
• Perform frequent patrols; observe equipment, grounds and facilities; report damages.
• Conduct surveillance of areas with vandalism or crime; respond to incidents.
• Assist with emergency situations; collaborate with police, fire and medical units.
• Provide basic emergency medical response (CPR, first aid) as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

What You Will Do

• Perform a variety of patrol, security, emergency response and customer service duties at assigned location.
• Greet and log in all visitors and vendors at entrance gate
  • Notify appropriate personnel or department of arrival
  • Direct visitors and vendors to destination
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform frequent patrols of the property
  • Walk, bicycles, or drives vehicle on irregularly scheduled rounds of property
  • Observe conditions of equipment, grounds and facilities
  • Pick up litter or debris as needed, or arranges clean-up with maintenance crews
  • Report damages or areas in need of repair to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Conduct surveillance of locations or areas in which vandalism or criminal activities have been noted
• Assist with and trained for emergency situations
  • Collaborate with police officers in the prevention of crime
  • Work with fire response units for fire suppression, and with medical emergency response units in the event of emergency situations, at the assigned location
• Provide basic emergency medical response (e.g. performs CPR, gives basic first aid) when needed
• Perform other duties as required

What You Bring To Freeport

• Current CPR and first aid certifications, as required by specific site location

What We Offer You

The estimated pay range for this role is currently$16.00 - $21.50/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
