Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to clients.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Perform routine foot patrols, handle moderate lifting, and work in all-weather conditions.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum age 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Pass all required background and drug screenings.
