The Security Guard is responsible for the safety of the guests and employees at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Norwood, MA!

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the buildings and grounds. Respond to and investigate all emergency situations. Secure the buildings and grounds to prevent damage/loss of property. Monitoring all persons entering and leaving the property. Monitor weather and road conditions; notify grounds personnel when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or work equivalent
• Some previous private security, military service, or law enforcement preferred.
• Basic security skills, use of "guard tour" equipment, capable of operating a "Windows" based PC for use with the building's automated computer control system.

The hiring range for this position is $17.23 to $21.54 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM’s comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, career development opportunities, flexible work, free meals, and Sheraton/Marriott employee discount at participating hotels.
