Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Staff the front desk and manage access to the healthcare location.
• Monitor entry activity and logs; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly following location procedures.
