Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Driver Patrol Awareness in Miami, TX. You will perform unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors at an industrial site.

The role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with background checks and drug screening as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in line with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access requirements.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, report hazards and concerns, and deter incidents.
• Monitor location access by verifying credentials, logs, and directing authorized individuals per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies; document observations and notify site contacts or responders.
• Help deter unauthorized access and theft through visible patrols and adherence to policies.
