Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and maintain documentation of visits and incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and responders as needed.
• Report hazards and security concerns to Allied Universal leadership.
