Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real-estate construction site.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real-estate construction location while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of construction areas, building perimeters, access points, parking areas, and adjacent grounds to identify unauthorized activity, hazards, or property concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining logs, and reporting access-control concerns according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security activities in clear reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership.
