Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Patrol in Johnstown, OH. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide customer service, and maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening as per policy.
• Criminal history considered in line with laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and documenting events according to site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
