Allied Universal in San Diego, CA is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Morning Patrol Driver to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. The role combines customer service with active patrols, leveraging our driver policy and a visible presence to deter incidents.

You will deliver reliable service while upholding Allied Universal’s values. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a background check, and the ability to work specific morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and 1+ year of security-related experience.
• State/city security license preferred and 18+ for unarmed roles / 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; driving positions require license.
• Backgrounds reviewed in compliance with federal/state/local laws.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel following site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report hazards or concerns to site contacts.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
