Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors while following site policies.
• Control facility access by verifying identification and visitor/contractor credentials.
• Monitor entry and exit points and report unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and notify responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and complete activity reports.
