Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site procedures.
• Monitor and control access to facilities by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
• Observe entrances, parking, lobbies, and common areas for unusual activity and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with management and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and damage.
