Job summary

Allied Universal in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver to provide reliable, customer-focused security services. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, targeting up to 40 hours per week when desired.

You will maintain site safety with patrols, access control, and incident response, while complying with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and other documentation per site procedures.
