Job summary

Allied Universal in Saint Louis, MO seeks a part-time Security Officer (Driver Entry Authorization) to protect clients across industries. You will monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and respond to incidents, using badge and alert panel technology.

A valid driver's license is required; background check and drug screen apply. Schedule: Sat & Sun 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; pay is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain access-control logs and report access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned.
