Job summary

New Season is seeking a vigilant Security Monitor to maintain safety at our Maine clinic. You will perform routine walkthroughs, monitor both interior and exterior areas, and respond quickly to any disturbances, ensuring the welfare of patients and staff.

Qualified candidates will have a HS Diploma or GED and security experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to work rotating shifts and contribute to a secure, supportive environment for recovery services.

Responsibilities

• Performs hourly clinic walkthroughs to ensure safety and security.
• Monitors staff and patients for safety, welfare, and compliance with rules.
• Responds promptly to disturbances and security incidents.
• Assists in preventing diversion and theft from the clinic.
• Monitors parking areas and building surroundings for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicates with Program Director regularly about security concerns.
• Ensures all areas are secured at close of business.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Program Director.

Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. Core Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs a walk through of the clinic at least once every hour.
• Performs an end of day clinic walk through to ensure all clients are out of the building and have left the area.
• Assists in the prevention of diversion and theft from the clinic.
• Monitors and maintains all aspects of internal and external health/safety/security issues including welfare of patients and staff.
• Monitors patient activities on center premises, including parking lot and dosing areas.
• Responds quickly to any disturbance.
• Assists with collection of drug screen samples as needed.
• Communicates with Program Director regularly.
• Ensures parking lot rules are followed.
• Ensures the parking lot and building surroundings are kept free of trash.
• Acts always in the best interest of the company.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Program Director.
