Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers seeks a dedicated security officer to patrol clinics, monitor parking areas, and support patient safety across our Maine locations. This role emphasizes vigilance, clear communication, and quick response to incidents within our outpatient treatment environment.

The position requires a HS diploma and preference for security experience. You will work with the Program Director to maintain a safe, orderly setting for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED; Security experience preferred
• Must maintain high standards of safety and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Performs a walk through of the clinic at least once every hour.
• End of day clinic walk through to ensure all clients are out of the building and have left the area.
• Assists in the prevention of diversion and theft from the clinic.
• Monitors and maintains all aspects of internal and external health/safety/security issues including welfare of patients and staff.
• Monitors patient activities on center premises, including parking lot and dosing areas.
• Responds quickly to any disturbance.
• Assists with collection of drug screen samples as needed.
• Communicates with Program Director regularly.
• Ensures parking lot rules are followed.
• Ensures the parking lot and building surroundings are kept free of trash.
• Acts always in the best interest of the company.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Program Director.
