Job description

City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) is looking for a responsible Part-Time Second Shift Services Manager to join our team. Part of your job will be to check on our facilities to help us maintain client satisfaction. You will also coordinate with our Account Managers and Independent Contractors to assist in resolving client concerns. Ultimately, you'll help City Wide, our customers, and Independent Contractors build a strong working relationship.

Essential Functions
  1. Maintain regular nightly route schedule
  2. Work closely with Account Manager to review objectives and goals for nightly route
  3. Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors
  4. Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors
  5. Utilize CRM to review client scope and create an inspection for each client visit
Compensation

$41,600/yr

Minimum Requirements
  1. Experience with email and data entry
  2. Ability to multitask
  3. Reliable transportation/ability to commute to client locations
  4. Availability to work the following hours: 4:30 pm – 1:00 am
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bilingual - Spanish
  2. Supervisory Experience - 2 years
