Job Details

Job Title: Warehouse

Reports to: Site Manager

Job Classification: Seasonal/Part-time employment

Position Objective

Provides the highest level of customer service with enthusiasm, maintains a safe and organized area. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends. Promotes teamwork and a positive image of the cooperative.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and passion for customer service
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Handle transactions, voids, markdowns, gift certificates, and tax-exempt purchases
• Stock and count merchandise
• Load/unload products using various methods including forklift
• Maintain safe and clean areas
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to read tickets and labels
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift (up to 50 lbs.), push, and pull
• Operate tow motor
• Valid driver license; Class B CDL preferred but trainable

Experience & Skills

• Customer service and tow motor experience preferred
• Strong communication, priority setting, time management, and computer skills
