Job summary

Harris Teeter in Chantilly, VA is seeking a part-time Seafood Clerk to support the seafood department with quality product handling and customer service.

You will process, package, and stock seafood items, keep work areas clean, and assist unloading stock. When needed, you may perform duties of a meat clerk.

No prior experience required beyond a HS diploma and ability to read and speak English; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and stock seafood products according to standards.
• Clean work areas and unload stock.
• Provide customer service and assist with reloading salvage.
• Perform duties of meat clerk when assigned.
