Job description

Waynflete seeks a creative and engaging part-time Science teacher to begin in late August for the 2025–2026 school year. Responsibilities will include teaching between 1-3 Upper School classes in the Science Department.

This is a flexible position that could work for a variety of candidates. Experience teaching Chemistry, Physics, and/or Environmental Science along with a masters degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, though a teacher with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with strong teaching skills will also be considered. We seek applicants who are passionate about science, use innovative teaching practices, and engage with students and colleagues in a collaborative spirit.
