Job summary

ACCEPT Education Collaborative in Natick, MA is seeking part-time 7-D Van Drivers and Van Monitors to transport students with disabilities to and from school, with split shifts.

Applicants must be 21+, have a Massachusetts driver's license with a clean record, and pass CORI/SORI checks and drug screening; 7D license is available with assistance.

Typical schedule is 20–30 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with possible extension up to 40 hours; benefits include a company vehicle and health coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of general driving experience.
• Active MA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 7D license preferred; ACCEPT will assist in obtaining.
• Must pass drug screen, CORI/SORI, and other background checks.
• Must enjoy working with children and show patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from school or educational settings per routes.
• Assist students to enter and exit the vehicle safely.
• Operate vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws.
• Complete documentation and state-required records.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
