First Student in Medford, OR is hiring part-time School Van Drivers to transport students to and from school and activities. You will help start students' days with morning pickup and ensure safety throughout the ride.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. The role offers flexible split shifts, competitive pay of $21.02 per hour (training rate $15.55), medical/dental/vision/Life options, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with summers off.
• Enjoy working with students.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the vehicle and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the vehicle clean and sanitary.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays.
