Job summary

First Student Medford, OR is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers to start mornings and transport students home after school. No experience is required; we provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional driver.

The role offers a pay rate of $24.52 per hour, with a training hourly rate of $15.55, a Commercial Learner's Permit and CDL training, health and retirement benefits, and a 4-hour minimum daily guarantee.

Qualifications

• No experience required; expert training provided to help you become a safe driver.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes; weekdays only.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist students with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Report issues to dispatch and ensure bus cleanliness and safety.
