First Student, Inc. is hiring Part Time School Van Drivers in Pendleton, OR. You will start mornings with student pick-ups and finish with after-school returns, with potential field trips and events.

No experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to help you become a safe, professional driver. The role offers an hourly rate of $22.12, plus a training hourly rate of $15.55, and a benefits package including health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and part-time, flexible

Qualifications

• No prior driving experience required; training provided.
• Ability to supervise students, communicate with parents and staff.
• Strong commitment to safety and following DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Escort students during boarding/unloading and assist with seatbelts/mobility aids.
• Maintain vehicle order and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of brakes, lights, tires, and exits.
• Keep the vehicle clean and comply with safety standards.
