First Student, Inc. is hiring a part-time School Van Driver for New Miami Schools in Hamilton, OH. You will start mornings with pickup and transport students safely to and from school.

No experience is necessary; we provide expert training to become a safe and professional driver. The role offers flexible split shifts and opportunities to grow across First Student's 540 locations. Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• English proficiency required for safety communications.
• DOT drug testing applies.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the vehicle clean.
• Obey traffic laws and safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch.
