Job summary

First Student Management LLC is seeking part-time School Van Drivers in Elk Grove Village, IL. You will start mornings with pickups and transport students home in the afternoon, with opportunities for field trips and events.

No experience is required; we provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional school van driver. The role includes benefits and a flexible schedule designed for working parents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Willingness to work part-time with split AM/PM routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Keep vehicle clean and sanitary; report mechanical issues promptly.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and follow safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
