First Student in Stoughton, MA is hiring part-time School Van Drivers to safely transport students on morning and afternoon routes. You will begin each day with pickup and return students home, with additional hours possible for field trips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• No experience required; training provided by First Student.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes and summers off.
• English proficiency required to communicate with school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist students with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the vehicle to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the vehicle clean and sanitary.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety standards.
