Job summary

LYNC Transportation Services is seeking dependable, part-time School Van Drivers to transport students across Philadelphia and surrounding counties. No CDL is required; applicants must have at least three years of licensed driving experience. LYNC provides paid, hands-on training to help new drivers become safe, confident transportation professionals.

Schedule options include AM-only, PM-only, or split shifts (AM/PM), typically totaling 20–25 hours per week. AM shifts run 5:00–10:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum three years of licensed driving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate company passenger vans.
• Ability to use company-issued technology and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students on assigned routes and schedules.
• Assist students with boarding, exiting, seating, and securement as needed.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate route status, delays, incidents, and emergencies to Dispatch.
• Report accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and vehicle issues as required.
