Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a part-time contract in Washington. The role runs Sept 2 through June 16, 0.6 FTE, three days per week, 7.5 hours per day, in a school-based setting near Eatonville.

You will conduct evaluations, develop interventions, collaborate on IEPs/504s, provide crisis support, maintain records, and engage in ongoing professional development. This position offers a supportive community and a meaningful contribution to student well-being.

Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience with psychological assessments, MTSS, and special education processes.
• Strong communication and consultation skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Compassionate, student-centered approach.
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt to school-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, observations, and assessments to identify students' needs.
• Develop evidence-based intervention strategies for academic, social, and behavioral support.
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs and 504 plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and direct counseling when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports for compliance and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture.
