Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a fixed-term maternity leave assignment from August 25, 2026, to December 4, 2026. The role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in Washington state.

You will assess students, provide counseling, and collaborate to support IEP processes while maintaining an inclusive educational environment. Qualifications include a WA School Psychologist certification and a Master’s or Doctoral degree.

Qualifications

• Valid School Psychologist certification for Washington state.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Prior experience as a School Psychologist in school settings.
• Strong background in assessment, intervention, and consultation.
• Outstanding communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations using standardized assessments and observations.
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and ancillary staff to develop and implement intervention plans.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Support the creation and maintenance of inclusive and supportive learning environments.
• Assist in crisis intervention and response efforts as they arise.
