Soliant Health is seeking a part-time School Psychologist to support elementary students near Pittsburgh, PA. You will conduct FBAs, initial evaluations, and re-evaluations as part of a collaborative educational team.

This role emphasizes ethical practice, confidentiality, and developing IEPs, with flexible scheduling and a contract that accommodates high-impact psychological services in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid certification as a School Psychologist.
• Proven experience with FBAs, initial evaluations, and re-evaluations in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and elementary school interventions.
• Solid communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs and develop behavioral recommendations.
• Carry out initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students, interpreting and documenting findings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student's individualized educational needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to the development of IEPs and support plans.
• Provide guidance regarding student interventions and crisis prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical practice standards.
