Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in school settings, especially high school environments.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and interventions for students with diverse needs.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.
• Comfort with both in-person and potential virtual service delivery models.
• Ability to tailor interventions to students’ unique academic and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and produce actionable reports.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed.
• Collaborate with educators and parents/guardians to foster student success.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Deliver services via teletherapy for remote support if approved.
