Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in North Carolina.
• Experience administering and interpreting achievement and psycho-educational assessments.
• Familiarity with IEP development and goal writing.
• Experience counseling students and families.

Responsibilities

• Administers and interprets a wide range of individualized standardized assessment instruments in all psychological domains.
• Conducts effective psychological and psycho-educational diagnostic, prescriptive evaluations of children.
• Assists in interventions and instructional support to develop academic skills; familiar with IEPs and assist in implementing goals.
• Counseling students and parents while guiding them to further resources when needed.
• Collaborating with the special education team to design and implement intervention strategies and programs.
