Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy for elementary to high school students in the Romulus, MI area. The role entails a three-day-per-week schedule with in-person services, evaluations, and IEP development.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs, while maintaining thorough documentation and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and dedicated to supporting students' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time, in person, occupational therapy services, three days per week.
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based interventions for fine motor and sensory needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support students’ fine motor and sensory regulation across settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communications with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
